I have been looking at different options to run my private mail server with on premise setup so I could have a full control over data.

Icewarp was a definite winner on my shortlist by the number of features offered at a decent cost. Even though in my use scenario conferences and chat are not used, this could be a great feature for others.

Icewarp is not only about mail server, it offers a comprehensive collaboration ecosystem with video conferences, team chat, cloud storage and some other perks.

I personally like Documents webservice and cloud sharing features offered by icewarp 9n top of mail.

Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look.

Happy user for 3 years already!

I was missing some minor bits in previous release (deep castle), but IW Epos release has fixed them all.

On premise initial setup could be a bit complicated, especially when it comes to MYSQL backend setup, but support team is very responsive and ready to help.

IceWarp Server management, version upgrades are easy and system management is simple. This easy management on the server side makes us always consider Icewarp as the best solution. We have almost never had any problems on the server side. IceWarp support team is always with us with fast solutions when we need support. Success in technical support, affordable cost compared to competitors and easy management make us see IceWarp as the most effective mail solution.

I am satisfied with everything about IceWarp.

It meets our corporate mail needs. We do teamwork and conferences in a single browser. It offers us an integrated solution.

A great collaboration system, simple to use and with a high security level. Conferences and document online editing are better than Microsoft and Google with a better price.

IceWarp hasn't great weakness, some minor bug when a major update were released. But the support correct them quickly.

IceWarp integrate many system in one browser window so is very simple for me to switch from email to online document or to chat.

Easy to host multiple domains and customers. Easy to use and support.

Exchange ActiveSync is a separate license. Doesn't play as nice as native activesync with Exchange or 365.

the best thing in this we can simply create users in local LDAP console and authenticate them fo integration with any server login and we can apply for a email address with our default domain name and give access to that email address as per requirement

we cannot create users or email from outside the environment we have to create locally by logging in local LDAP server after connecting to the environment

I would definitely recommend ice wrap to others because its very easy to use and very secure we can create new users and give them authentication as per requirement

we can integrate this with other tools as a ldap user and authenticate the user to login in the environment

we can arrange meeting internally and can call employees inside organisation

we can even see employees availability in the mail console when they are available or busy or offline

I give a user authentication as per requirement and create new users and email id so employees of an organisation can access the mails and the best part is employees can see each other when they come online and can have chat internally and can arrange meeting internally.

Ultra reliable mail server. Very feature rich and always adding more functionality. System was simple to set up and configure, up and running in just a few hours.

Support can be a bit slow unless you pay for advanced support (48 hour response time for standard support). Some features (automated stat reporting) disappeared between versions 11 & 12.

User forums are useful for setup information and basic configuration. We always hold off on updates to the system for a week or two (some issues with updates that are typically solved quickly)

Email hosting for multiple domains / clients. Reliable and easy to expand, our customers can have full control over there domains / users.

IceWarp has helped me keep track of emails and communication with my customers and colleagues alike. It has a simple, easy to use interface that you can keep organize and solve issues quickly.

I would have to say the only thing that I can really dislike about IceWarp is how plain the user interface is. It definitely need a little bit of modernization done. However, I feel that how bland the interface is, really helps the speed and efficiency of how the program operates.

Emails would always seem to fall out of the system and disappear into thin air! Ever since I started using IceWarp as my webmail server, things have never been better!
