Not only is The Receptionist very use friendly and easy to navigate but the customer service was amazing. I jumped on a Zoom call with Raven and in less than 10 minutes she completely resolved my issue and even cropped all our photos to make the images look perfect! I cannot thank Raven enough for her amazing customer service!!
Nothing. This produce is amazing!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a contactless check in. This is like having a receptionist without the paycheck or the HR

We used to have sign in sheets that someone would have to go through to figure out when a person had checked in. This was very time consuming. Now all I have to do is type in the person's name to figure out when he or she last checked in.
Straight out of the box, the product was easy to set up. The App was easy to configure. The GUI was user-friendly. A lot of users of mine had no issues navigating.
On a wish list, visitor alert or watch list. I wish it were included with the license that we purchased.

We now have better tabs and tracking of all vendors/contractors/employees that enter and exit the facility, as well as monitoring of vital documents to be singed prior to joining our facility.
I have been using the Receptionist for years now, and we receive lots of positive comments from our staff and visitors. the easiness of signing in and out at our reception desk, and the user-friendly management portal make our job easy to manage the visitor log, print badge and pull the report. The initial setup was very quick, and the support team is great.
