"Outstanding product and support team."

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The user friendly system makes checking in easy and efficient in it's instant notifications.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

Set up was easy, the usage straightforward and the support team has been tip top. Nothing to dislike so far, but rest assured I will give a fair review and have feedback if the need ever arises.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

We should be having a better accountabiliity of visitors, contractors, vendors etc., with much improved notifications of arrival times.

"Amazing product with phenomenal customer service"

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

Not only is The Receptionist very use friendly and easy to navigate but the customer service was amazing. I jumped on a Zoom call with Raven and in less than 10 minutes she completely resolved my issue and even cropped all our photos to make the images look perfect! I cannot thank Raven enough for her amazing customer service!!

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

Nothing. This produce is amazing!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a contactless check in. This is like having a receptionist without the paycheck or the HR

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have a receptionist and this system allows our patients to check in with just a few clicks of a button.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

That it is able to tell me the exact date and time someone checked in. I like the buttons features that I can edit at any moment.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

As of right now, nothing. I have not yet discovered anything that I actually dislike about the product.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have sign in sheets that someone would have to go through to figure out when a person had checked in. This was very time consuming. Now all I have to do is type in the person's name to figure out when he or she last checked in.

"My experience using The Receptionist"

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

Straight out of the box, the product was easy to set up. The App was easy to configure. The GUI was user-friendly. A lot of users of mine had no issues navigating.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

On a wish list, visitor alert or watch list. I wish it were included with the license that we purchased.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides more time for our receptionist to focus on more things than checking in visitors.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

Raven Lawless and the team at The Receptionist are incredibly helpful during the set-up process. Any question I had, she had encountered before and was able to walk me through the process.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

While I am still in the set-up/implementation stage of The Receptionist, I have not encountered any difficulties or dislikes.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Effective screening/check-in process, emergency evacuation active roster, and communicating safety requirements/expectations immediately.

"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

This system is excellent and user-friendly, and this also has additional features that can be tailored to your site or use.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

It would be nice to have a badge scanner or reader that links to the iPad to swipe a badge for a quicker employee check-in.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have better tabs and tracking of all vendors/contractors/employees that enter and exit the facility, as well as monitoring of vital documents to be singed prior to joining our facility.

"User Friendly"

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

I have been using the Receptionist for years now, and we receive lots of positive comments from our staff and visitors. the easiness of signing in and out at our reception desk, and the user-friendly management portal make our job easy to manage the visitor log, print badge and pull the report. The initial setup was very quick, and the support team is great.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

The system is working for our needs, and it has been working all well.

Managing the visitors, specially when we have a large events.

"Flawless Deployment"

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

I like how flexible the web UI is with what is shown on the tablet. The number of options and integrations ensures we can map our complex check-in process. I highly recommend this product for any business looking to automate its check-in process.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

I don't have anything to complain about regarding this product. Starting the sales process to the deployment process has been amazing. Great job creating such a great product. I highly recommend this product for any business looking to automate its check-in process.

"So useful and effecient"

It has a very professional appearance. It is efficient and user-friendly for non-tech people and businesses

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

It is quite expensive for an application. I would prefer a one-time charge with a lower cost subscription for my very basic business needs.

Visitor management for clients in a multiple clinician psychotherapy practice. More cost efficient and private than a receptionist.
